Israeli water network supervision service provider TaKaDu has entered into a partnership to offer its services to water utilities in Chile.

The partnership is with G&G Consultores, whose experience covers software, software-as-a-service (SaaS), cloud computing, and data centre management in the IT, telecommunications, energy and water markets in Chile.

TaKaDu’s SaaS platform uses cloud-based computing and advanced algorithms to analyse water utility data and provide insights on network issues such as leaks, bursts, water pressure, and problems with assets. This allows water utilities to achieve greater efficiency, by reducing water loss and energy usage, targeting repairs, and improving customer services.

According to the announcement released by the companies, South America, particularly Chile, is a key territory for TaKaDu, and the link will allow G&A Consultores to capitalise on its IT background in the Chilean market.
